The symptoms of UTI include:
- Pain or burning sensation while urinating(dysuria)
- Frequent urination
- Cloudy urine
- Urine that appears pink or red, indicating blood in urine
- Strong smelling urine
- Feeling the need to urinate despite having an empty bladder
If your bladder is infected, you may experience:
- Lower abdominal pain (around the pubic bone area)
- Urinary urgency
If your kidneys are infected, you may experience:
- Fever
- Chills
- Lower back pain
- Nausea or vomiting
Symptoms of prostatitis include:
- Pain or burning sensation while urinating
- Difficulty urinating, such as dribbling or hesitant urination
- Frequent urination
- Cloudy urine
- Urine that appears pink or red, indicating blood in urine
- Pain in the lower abdomen
- Pain in the perineum (the area between scrotum and rectum)
- Painful ejaculation
